GTG Terms of Use 

Lost or damaged items:

Any item sent to us for grading or inspection that is lost or damaged in the mail is NOT the responsibility of GermanToyGrader. When returning packages, the customer must indicate whether he wants insurance for the goods and the value of the goods he wants to declare. Without this information, the goods will be sent without insurance. We always offer you different shipping service providers (with and without insurance).
Claims for lost/damaged/returned items:
Once the items have been delivered, we allow 72 hours to inspect your purchase for damage and report any problems. We cannot accept claims or returns due to damage after 72 hours of delivery.
 The claim is made through the parcel service provider and the result is determined by the service provider. GTG is not responsible for the outcome of any claim for loss or damage in the post. GTG is not involved as a third party in postal/courier services. GTG is not responsible for customs duties or fees when receiving and shipping orders.
Time scale for classification:
Standard orders are expected to take four weeks (excluding weekends).
Please remember that this is not binding, so there may be longer waiting times.

GTG has the right to refuse to evaluate reproductions, customs and other counterfeit items if they do not meet GTG's requirements. All items that turn out to be reproductions require return postage and the full fee plus all additional costs incurred, such as customs fees.

IF WE DO NOT RECEIVE FEEDBACK FROM YOU, THE PRODUCT WILL BE DISPOSED OF AFTER 28 WEEKS!

GRADING MEANS TRUST! 

Custom-made products:

For custom orders or non-standard requirements, please contact us prior to placing your order and also include this information in the order description field when placing your order.

Please note that we are committed to our shared environment and therefore reuse all old packaging materials.

In case of any discrepancy with your order, we will contact you and inform you of the problem.
You may receive a partial credit of the amount paid, less grading administration and repackaging costs.
All items must be paid for via our accepted payment methods before grading begins. 

GTG has the right to photograph all reviewed items and use the photos on the GTG website.
