GTG Terms of Service 

Lost or Damaged Items:

Any item sent to us for grading or review that is lost or damaged in the mail is NOT the responsibility of GermanToyGrader. When returning packages, the customer must indicate whether he would like insurance for the goods and the value of the goods he would like to declare. Without this information, the goods will be shipped without insurance. We always offer you different shipping service providers (with and without insurance).
Claims for lost/damaged/returned items:

Once items have been delivered we allow 72 hours to inspect your purchase for damage and report any issues. We cannot accept claims or returns due to damage after 72 hours of delivery. The claim is made via the parcel service provider and the outcome is determined by the service provider. GTG is not responsible for the outcome of any claim for loss or damage in the mail. GTG does not participate as a third party in postal/courier services. GTG is not responsible for any customs duties or fees when receiving orders and shipping orders.
Time scale for classification:
Standard orders are expected to take four weeks (excluding weekends).
Please remember that this is not binding, so there may be longer waiting times.

GTG has the right to fundamentally refuse to evaluate reproductions, customs and other counterfeit options if they do not meet GTG's requirements. Any items found to be reproductions will require return postage payment and the full fee plus any applicable additional costs such as customs duties.

IF WE DO NOT RECEIVE FEEDBACK FROM YOU, THE WAIT WILL BE DISPOSED AFTER 28 WEEKS!

Custom made:

For custom orders or non-standard requirements, please contact us before placing your order and also include this information in the order description box when placing your order.

Please note that we are committed to our shared environment and therefore reuse all old packaging materials.

In the event of a discrepancy with your order, we will contact you and inform you of the problem.
You may receive a partial credit of the amount paid, less grading administration and repackaging costs.
All items must be paid for via our accepted payment methods before grading begins. 

GTG has the right to photograph all reviewed items and to use the photos on the GTG website.
